The video below is the Act II Scene 4 ballet of the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Carousel filmed in 1945 when the principal dancer, Bambi Linn, was 19. It is part of a longer film titled  “The Theatre Guild Presents Dances from Carousel, photographed by West Coast Sound Studios, New York.”  According to a comment by “Broadway Classics” on YouTube the film was made one evening after a regular performance.  There is no spot lighting and only a piano accompaniment.  The video file is from “markie polo” on YouTube; he doesn’t reference his source.  Choreography by Agnes de Mille.
